According to the researchers, three of the lifestyle habits had the most impact on longevity: diet, exercise, and not smoking. Centenarians consumed the greatest amounts of fruits, vegetables, fish, beans, and tea. They also engaged in regular exercise, such as running and practicing qi gong, and never smoked.

Even mild dehydration can affect your concentration, alertness, and overall mental performance. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water a day, and more if you're active or in hot weather!
